The remains of Robert Lambert have been uncovered on Kelly Jordan Road in Smiths Falls, according to the OPP.
Lanark County OPP Sgt. Erin Cranton issued an update in a published video, saying they uncovered human remains July 20th.
Lambert was discovered on the same Kelly Jordan Road property in Smiths Falls where the body of Robbie Thomson was found last year, which led to first-degree murder charges for three people: Christopher Fenton, 48, and Erin Mackie, 40, both of Montague Township, and Joshua Belfiori, 34, of Kingston.
Court records show Fenton co-owned the property with Lambert, who was reported missing in 2018.
Cranton says no arrests have been made in connection to Lambert, but the investigation continues.
