Lanark County OPP have laid multiple charges against a Perth man following an intimate partner violence investigation late Saturday night.
Officers were called to a disturbance outside a residence in Perth on November 29, 2025, just after 10:30 p.m. Police say an OPP Canine Unit also responded to assist with the situation.
Following an investigation, a 60-year-old man from Perth was arrested and charged with two counts of mischief for allegedly damaging property, along with three counts of failing to comply with a release order.
The accused was held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth at a later date.
Police are not releasing his name to protect the identity of the victim.
