A Smiths Falls resident is facing a charge after police responded to a disturbance outside a local home.
Smiths Falls police said officers received a 911 call on July 1 reporting a disturbance outside the residence.
Officers attended the scene and began an investigation.
Police said investigators determined that one person was allegedly breaching court-imposed bail conditions.
Britlee Watts, 24, of Smiths Falls was taken into custody without incident and charged with failing to comply with a release order.
Police said Watts was held in custody pending a bail court hearing.
The charge has not been proven in court.
