Smiths Falls residents are being asked to share their views on policing and community safety as the local police service develops its next strategic plan.
The Smiths Falls Police Service has launched a public survey seeking feedback on policing priorities, public trust and safety concerns across the community.
The survey takes about five to 10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary, but residents are encouraged to take part and share the survey with others in their networks.
All responses will remain anonymous. The information will be reviewed by the Smith Business Consulting team and shared with the police service to help guide recommendations during the strategic planning process.
Participants are being asked not to include names or other identifying information when answering open-ended questions.
Police say hearing directly from residents will help ensure the new plan reflects local experiences, concerns and expectations.
The survey is open to everyone in the Smiths Falls community, with residents encouraged to speak openly about what matters most to them.
