We’re aware that some players using a specific cell carrier have had trouble connecting to our Bingo operator after pressing zero.
Since the issue was brought to our attention, 88.1 myFM and Civitan Radio Bingo representatives have been working on a solution — and we’re happy to say we’ve found one!
And it makes Radio Bingo even more authentic. 😄
When you call 613-264-8811, as soon as the call connects and you hear the automated attendant begin speaking, simply say “BINGO!” and you’ll be connected to our operator.
That’s right — now you really do get to exclaim BINGO! when you win! 🎉
Pressing zero will still work as well. This new voice option should help level the playing field for everyone.
We have contacted the cell provider involved about the issue but have not yet received a response.
