A 45-year-old Smiths Falls woman is facing two theft charges after being arrested by local police.
Members of the Smiths Falls Police Service located Kirstyn Jensen during proactive patrols on Aug. 18, 2026.
Police say Jensen was wanted in connection with theft investigations that occurred on Aug. 7 and Aug. 15.
She was arrested without incident.
Jensen has been charged with two counts of theft under $5,000.
Police say she was held in custody pending a scheduled bail hearing before the Ontario Court of Justice.
The allegations have not been proven in court.
