Lanark County OPP has charged a Carleton Place woman with impaired driving after a collision in Mississippi Mills Township.
Officers responded to Mississippi Road shortly after 7:45 p.m. Sunday after a vehicle struck a parked car and flipped. Police say no injuries were reported.
The driver, 32-year-old Ashley Ritchie, was arrested and taken to the OPP detachment in Carleton Place for testing.
Ritchie faces one charge of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 or more.
She was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on November 16.
Police say her driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days under an Administrative Driver’s Licence Suspension, and the vehicle was impounded for seven days.
