Smiths Falls Police had a busy September, responding to 682 calls for service across the community.
Officers made 39 arrests and laid 96 criminal charges during the month.
Traffic enforcement was also active, with 78 proactive traffic stops and 24 traffic-related charges.
But the numbers also show how much police work now extends beyond crime and traffic.
Officers responded to 37 mental health-related calls and 30 intimate partner violence calls in September.
Police also spent time out in the community, logging 16 hours of foot patrol and another 16 hours on bicycles.
A further 54 hours were dedicated to community service.
The monthly snapshot gives residents a broader look at what officers are handling day to day — from criminal investigations and traffic enforcement to mental health calls, intimate partner violence and visible patrols around town.
