Rideau Lakes says several major steps still need to be completed before outstanding planning and building issues at Lower Beverley Lake Park can be fully reviewed.
The township says the park must submit a professional site plan showing current conditions, along with an inventory of trailers, buildings, decks and other structures at each campsite.
Those documents are needed before Development Services can determine the full list of approvals and corrective work required.
The township has already confirmed the park will need site plan approval and zoning relief.
The building department has also identified decks and ramps built without required permits, and an Order to Comply has been issued.
The Lower Beverley Lake Park Management Board submitted a work plan in August. It currently expects surveying and inventory work to be completed this fall, with the finished site plan and inventory submitted in December.
Once those documents arrive, staff will compare structures with existing permit records and identify any further permits, studies or repairs that may be needed.
Separate sewage and engineering work is also continuing through other approval processes.
