Ontario Provincial Police are renewing their appeal to the public as investigators continue searching for two Ottawa men wanted for second-degree murder in connection with a homicide in Perth.
Officers with the Lanark County OPP were called to Last Duel Park on April 12, 2026, at approximately 3:15 p.m., after a person was found with life-threatening injuries. The victim, identified as 34-year-old Christo Allison Richards of Ottawa, was transported to a trauma centre, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police have issued arrest warrants for 34-year-old Joseph Madore and 28-year-old Brayton Kennedy, both of Ottawa. Each is charged with second-degree murder.
