Smiths Falls residents are being asked to help shape the future direction of local policing.
The Smiths Falls Police Service Board is inviting public feedback on the draft Smiths Falls Police Service Strategic Plan.
The board says community input is an important part of making sure the plan reflects local priorities and needs.
Residents have until October 5th to submit comments.
Feedback can be emailed directly to Kerry Costello at kcostello@smithsfalls.ca.
The draft plan is also available online for residents who want to review it before providing input.
The consultation gives the community an opportunity to comment on the direction and priorities of the police service before the strategic plan is finalized.
