A former Lanark County resident wanted on several warrants has been arrested in Carleton Place.
Lanark County OPP say officers received a tip about the whereabouts of a man wanted by both OPP and Smiths Falls Police.
Police tracked him down shortly after 2:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, finding him inside a vehicle in Carleton Place.
He was arrested without incident and taken to the OPP detachment.
Dale Scott, 29, now faces 11 counts of operating a motor vehicle while prohibited, two counts of failing to comply with probation, dangerous operation and flight from police.
OPP say Scott was also the subject of several warrants with Smiths Falls Police and faces numerous additional charges in that jurisdiction.
He was held in custody and scheduled to appear in Perth court Oct. 14.
The charges have not been proven in court.
