Drivers in Carleton Place will need to find another route around part of Moore Street starting November 2nd.
The Town says Moore Street will be closed between Rochester Street and Lansdowne Avenue until November 18th to allow servicing work connected to a development at 60 to 66 Moore Street.
A detour will direct motorists along Rochester Street to Lake Avenue, then Lansdowne Avenue to Coleman Street. Drivers are asked to follow posted signs and allow extra time for their trips.
Local traffic will still be permitted within the closed section, but through traffic will need to use the detour.
