To the PJHL. Brenden Landry made 47 saves as the Hanover Barons defeat the Kincardine Bulldogs 4-1. Forward Luke Hoelscher had one of the Barons’ goals and says it was a big game considering where they are in the standings.
Mark Aljoe and Quinton Maddock each with a goal and an assist for the Barons. Trevor Donaldson had the lone goal for the Bulldogs.
Elsewhere, Carter Collinson had both of Wingham’s goals in a 2-1 overtime win over Mitchell.
In WOAA. Jeff Flagler made 30 saves as Saugeen Shores blanked Clinton 4-0 to stay unbeaten at 7 – 0. Tavistock downed Lucknow 6-4.
