Parents in the Avon Maitland District School Board got a letter earlier this week about report cards.
myFM spoke with Director of Education, Lisa Walsh who says report cards won’t be going out due to job action.
She says the Board wants parents to know that they can always reach out to their child’s teachers to learn more information about how their students are doing.
Walsh adds the Board is committed to communicating with students and parents about any cancellations and disruptions.
Meanwhile, officials with the Bluewater District School Board say they plan on communicating with parents on the matter early next week.
