Bruce County is taking steps to try and help stem the COVID-19 outbreak.
They have closed off Brucelea Haven and Gateway Haven to visitors until further notice.
In a news release, they say this is being done under the direction of Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health Doctor David Williams.
The County says they have put screening protocols in place for new admissions in order to ensure the health and safety of residents.
They also say the County has emergency management practices in place, and will continue to monitor the situation.
