Lowe’s Canada has kicked off its 2020 Heroes campaign, a month-long initiative to raise funds for the Kincardine community.
Throughout September, RONA Kincardine will collect in-store donations in aid of the Kincardine Food Bank.
The campaign is designed to directly give back to the community.
Jean-Sébastien Lamoureux of Lowe’s Canada says employees participate to support organizations whose programs and concrete actions make them true heroes in the community.
He added, in what has been a difficult year with the coronavirus, the annual campaign takes on a whole new meaning.
At the end of the fundraiser, Lowe’s Canada matches 50 per cent of the money raised by the store, up to $2,000.
