Christmas will be more merry for a Wingham woman.
Claudette Dorion recently bought a National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation instant scratch ticket at CE MacTavish Limited on Josephine Street and won $75,000.
In a news release, Dorion, a retired great-grandmother, says she is not a regular lottery player but loves the entertainment and thrill of knowing you won instantly.
She says she plans on using the money to pay bills, saving for the future, and enjoying a special Christmas with her family.
