A Wingham woman is up on charges.
This after Huron County OPP investigated a break-in and theft from a motor vehicle parked on Edward Street on the night of December 21st.
Some change and a pocket knife was taken from the vehicle.
Police went through security footage and discovered that the suspect also took items from a bag sitting on the front porch of the home of the victim.
Their investigation led to the recovery of the stolen items and the arrest of a 31-year-old woman.
Police also recovered items that were stolen from other parked vehicles on Cedar and Water Streets.
The accused will make a court appearance in Goderich on February 15th.
