Bruce Warden not sweating over closed door investigator’s findings

The recent findings by Bruce County’s closed meeting investigator should be a learning experience.

That from Warden Janice Jackson who spoke to the Shoreline’s Oldies after Council received the report earlier this month.

The investigator found several meetings surrounding the Southampton Rectory (in photo) should have been held in open session.

Jackson says the County has taken action based on those findings.

Jackson says the property was a legal matter and therefore needed to be discussed in-camera but the investigator saw it differently.
