A top Ontario award has gone to Perth town employee Brock Van Alstine.
He’s the town’s Environmental Services Lead Hand for Roads & Storm Sewers. He received the annual Marvin D Halladay Award earlier this month at the Ontario Good Roads Conference for having the highest overall average in his continuing training.
Mayor John Fenik singled the effort out.
Brock earned this year’s top spot among provincial public works professionals in their leadership development program.
