It’s so close you can smell it!
The Annual Perth Lion’s Club Garlic Festival is back at the Fairgrounds starting Saturday.
It’s the 23rd edition of the festival that draws thousands of garlic fans to the town to see the vendors from all across eastern Ontario.
Festival Chair Wayne Greer told our Angie Pacey it all gets started at 9 tomorrow morning, and Greer says the cost of admission hasn’t changed.
Money raised goes to the Lions’ local charitable efforts.
Greer says all involved are happy to be back after a pandemic-induced hiatus.
