Local COVID-19 numbers flat in LLG to start the week

Local COVID-19 hospitalization numbers are unchanged in the Health Unit’s first surveillance report of the week.

There are 11 virus-related patients in hospitals across Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville with two in the ICU.

The death toll also held steady at 113, with 127 new high-risk cases total since last Wednesday.

As for outbreaks, there are still four. Three in congregate care settings accounting for 24 cases, and one listed in the “other” category linked to 13 cases.
