About 150 people turned out to the Perth Legion last night for a municipal all-candidates meeting.
In all, 14 candidates vying for seats at council spoke to a number of issues over the course of two hours.
The Table Community Food Centre’s Ramsay Hart moderated the evening delivering questions from both organizers and the audience. Issues addresses ranged from improving health-care and affordable housing to managing and prioritizing major capital projects.
The night was organized by the Perth and District Canadian Federation of University Women, the Perth Chamber of Commerce and The Table.
