The Town of Smiths Falls is using phone and internet voting for this year’s election, and like other municipalities, is more than willing to help anyone with questions about how to cast their ballots.
There will be no paper ballot and information letters on how to vote with spcial PIN numbers have been sent out.
As they have in the past, the town has set up a help centre at the town hall with a computer and phone for voters who need help. So while there may be no traditional in-person voting, you can make the trip to get your ballot cast.
If this sounds like something that could be helpful to someone you know in the town, you can find out more info to pass along to them by tapping or clicking this text block or by calling (613) 283-4124
All local municipalities are offering similar services. Just call your Town Hall to get more information.
