The Lanark County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police and Family and Children’s Services of Lanark, Leeds and Grenville have “wrapped up” the 37th annual Angel Tree campaign.
Acting Sergeant Joe Tereschuk says it was another big success with the community donating more than 600 presents, so kids will have something to open on Christmas Morning.
Tereschuk says tags went fast this year.
The OPP is thanking their partners in the project for making it happen, and all those who went to a tree location and chose an angel.
