CKW Inquest Recommendation no. 29 – Provide training and education on IPV for justice system personnel

We continue our look at each recommendation made by the Culleton, Kuzyk & Warmerdam inquest into ending intimate partner violence (or IPV) in Ontario.

Today we look at no. 29 which says the province must provide professional education and training for justice system personnel on IPV-related issues.

Interval House Executive Director Erin Lee says this is of paramount importance in the effort to end IPV.
