The Lanark Lodge recently received approval from the county for its strategic plan.
They boil down to three directives: Providing exemplary care, inclusion and belonging, and enhancing collaboration.
Executive Director Carey Duncan told Lake 88 that providing better care is a multi-faceted approach.
Duncan said it was an extensive process to collect the data and opinions from stakeholders to shape the ideas of the plan.
