A handful of local UCDSB faculty received Service Excellence Awards for the 2022-23 year.
These awards are a peer-to-peer recognition program to acknowledge the service provided to students, families and co-workers.
A selection committee determines the top nominees following a detailed review of how the nominees demonstrated the UCDSB’s Six Qualities of Service Excellence, showed leadership in the area of service excellence and made an impact within our system.
Among this year’s seven winners are Principal of Montague Public School Christopher Hannah, Educational Assistant Carrie Popplewell at Lombardy Public School, Dwayne Trollope, the head custodian at Glen Tay Public School, and Katharine Wolff, a teacher at Carleton Place High School.
