A former Lanark County OPP Sgt. has retired after three decades service to the people of Ontario.
At 6:00 a.m. on Monday, OPP Sgt. Darren Watson went off duty for the last time after serving for 30 years with the force.
Sgt. Watson proudly served Ontario communities in Lanark, Marathon, and Russell County before his final stop in Grenville County.
The OPP offers their thanks to Sgt. Watson and we all wish him well in retirement.
