This is National Legion Week and the Perth Branch is taking the opportunity to celebrate local veterans in a few different ways.
Marilyn Devlin, Legion member and widow of Eric Devlin, a well-know Legion member and contributor to the community, says it’s a matter of recognition.
The week will be highlighted by this weekends official unveiling of the banners pout up around town with the images of local veterans. Families will take part in celebrations to mark the occasion all weekend long.
