Smiths Falls Police have arrested a young man after witnessing an altercation.
Police responded to multiple 911 calls last Thursday, September 14th, regarding a disturbance and once on scene, noticed two disputing males.
Officers witnessed 18-year-old Tyler Artelle commit assault with a weapon while also making threats towards the victim.
He was arrested and later released with conditions and a court date.
