Ferguson Falls celebrated the opening of the new community hall last month.
Featuring live music, food, dancing and much more, the hamlet took in the new space which was built rather quickly.
Drummond/North Elmsley Reeve Steve Fournier says it was simply time for new digs after a century of memories were made at the old hall.
Fournier say it’s also environmentally-friendly.
The township received $750,000 in federal funding for the construction of the hall.
The afternoon celebration featured food, dancing, live music and more.
