Jury recommendation no 50 in the inquest into the deaths of Carol Culleton, Anastasia Kuzyk, and Natalie Warmerdam calls for the province to ensure that in referrals made by the OPP to Victim Services, that adequate information is provided, such as history, safety concerns and other known risk factors.
