The flu season is upon us. The Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit’s Medical Officer of Health Dr. Linna Li says we have to be ready.
Li says the hope is we know how to deal with it and other respiratory viruses thanks to the pandemic.
She confirmed the first cases of influenza have been registered in the region, and urges everyone to get their flu shot from our family doctors, nurse practionners, or local pharmacy.
