As Halloween approaches, the safety of our little ghosts and goblins is important to everyone.
We sat down with OPP Constable Craig Soldan who emphasized the need for increased vigilance when driving through less well-lit areas on the night of October 31st.
Soldan also urged drivers to be courteous.
He suggested avoiding built-up residential areas if possible.
