
Six people have been charged after a search warrant led to the recovery of drugs and firearms at a Perth residence Friday (oct 27).
Cocaine, methamphetamine, psilocybin as well as cash and three firearms were seized by the hands of Lanark County OPP alongside the Community Street Crime and canine units.
Christopher Curran, age 35 of the Town of Carleton Place, is charged with the following offences:
- Unauthorized possession of a firearm
- Transport firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition in a careless manner – two counts
- Possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose
- Possession of loaded prohibited or restricted firearm
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5000
- Possession of firearm or ammunition contrary to prohibition order – four counts
- Possession of schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Occupant of motor vehicle knowing there was firearm
- Knowledge of unauthorized possession of firearm
- Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court – two counts
Dylan Greene, age 23 of the Town of Carleton Place, is charged with:
- Possession of schedule I substance for the purposes of trafficking – cocaine
- Failure to comply with release order – other than to attend court – three counts
Cayla Ann Kerr, age 36 of the Town of Perth is charged with:
- Possession of schedule I substance for the purposes of trafficking – cocaine
Anthony Kidder, age 25 of Tay Valley Township, is charged with:
- Possession of schedule I substance for the purposes of trafficking – cocaine
Corinne Shelley, age 44 of the Town of Perth, is charged with:
- Careless use of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
- Careless storage of firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition
Brennan Wylie, age 26 of the Town of Smiths Falls, is charged with:
- Possession of schedule I substance for the purposes of trafficking – cocaine
