The Town of Carleton Place will be having a marathon budget discussion at a Special Committee of the Whole meeting on Thursday, November 9th, from 9AM to 4PM.
There will be presentations taking place throughout the day for members of Council to consider the various capital and operating budget requests from the Town’s departments.
The agenda will be posted to the Town’s website, and the day-long meeting will be streamed on Zoom and the Town’s Facebook page for the public to watch.
Once council is satisfied with the Draft Budget for 2024, a presentation will be made at a Committee of the Whole meeting to request public comments prior to the final approval.
