Peter McLaren shared his thoughts with his fellow councillors during his last meeting as Lanark County Warden.
In a sea of new faces following the latest municipal election, McLaren was happy with the work accomplished over his 12 months at the helm.
Of the work the county does, McLaren spoke highly of the Renovate Lanark Program.
The program helps provides funds to low-income households to support major repairs or accessibility renovations.
Drummond/North Elmsley Reeve Steve Fournier was voted in as Warden for 2024. We’ll hear more about his plans for next year Wednesday.
