New deadlines including a hearing date have been set with the ongoing Ontario Land Tribunal case overseeing the proposed Perth Golf Course housing development.
January 22nd marks the deadline all participant statements are to be filed with the OLT following last week’s case management conference where more than 100 individuals attended the virtual session and 52 were given participant status, that process taking up the bulk of the first session.
A week later on January 29th, revised issues will be outline to the applicant, Caivan, the Town of Perth, and Lanark County.
The second case management conference is slated for February 12th and a four week hearing regarding the case begins August 19th.
