The Leeds Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit will once again be holding breastfeeding information sessions in the new year.
Public Health Nurse Jenny Vandermeer says it’s all about getting parents ready for their new arrival.
There are a mix of virtual and in-person sessions online and in Brockville, with more added to Smiths Falls in February.
