The OPP has released pictures of two people accused of murder and sexual assault in Carleton Place.
50-year-old Rose Kerwin’s body was found in Packenham back in November around the same time the sexual assault was reported. 56-year-old Marcel Lapensee of Carleton Place and 23-year-old Samantha Osborne of Iroquois have been charged with those crimes.
In a video posted to social media, Detective Inspector Jennifer Patton says they’re still looking for a key piece of evidence.

She also said that the suspects used aliases too, “Maxx Power,” and “Sammi.”
