UCDSB Trustee Carol Dufort is stepping down citing health reasons
The Upper Canada District School Board will further explore the possibility of expanding after school programming in elementary schools at the lowest cost possible to families.
This was a big concern from parents especially due to the ongoing chatter surrounding school times, which would see elementary students start and finish school earlier, says Trustee Carole Dufort.
Director of Education Ron Ferguson clarified that their look into the feasibility of expanding after school programming would be board-specific.
A report will follow later this year.
