Tay Valley’s first ever co-housing project is underway

Tay Valley Township reached a significant milestone last year as the first co-housing project began construction in the fall.

Town Planner Noelle Reeve’s been advocating for co-housing initiatives because she says making use of the existing property within the township is crucial to development.

The property includes three side-by-side multi-units with the potential for a fourth and is located just north of Dewitt’s Corners. It’s the first multi-unit building in Tay Valley.
