The Ministry of Solicitor General inspection at Lanark Animal Welfare Society (or LAWS) found that all animals were treated in accordance with PAWS Act standards.
The inspection followed the mass resignation of LAWS board members in December.
The PAWS Act ensures humane treatment of animals, and sets basic and specific standards of care.
LAWS board member Kathy Hoyland reported easy fixes for issues that were highlighted, and the Labour Board had some minor requirements which have been mostly fixed.
The Remaining items will be addressed by mid-February.
