Marcel Lapensee, aged 56 from Carleton Place, is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow for a bail hearing.
He is accused of first-degree murder in the death of Rose Kerwin, whose body was discovered in Pakenham last November.
Additionally, 23-year-old Samantha Osborne from Iroquois is also implicated in the case and will appear in court on Friday at 1 p.m.
