Perthmore Enterprises Inc., the developer of the Perthmore subdivision located within the town of Perth, has submitted an appeal to the Ontario Land Tribunal regarding the Zoning By-law Amendment applications for Phase 6 of the development.
Town staff and council are no longer able to comment as the matter because of the appeal.
Information will be released to the public when possible as the Town proceeds through the Appeals Process.
