Morgan Kenny stepped down from Montague Township March 5th
Morgan Kenny’s stepped down as councillor for the Township of Montague.
myFM caught up quickly with Kenny Friday afternoon to ask about her decision to leave.
With a four-year-old and a newborn daughter, Kenny felt her time and energy needs to be at home for the time being.
She had nothing but good things to say after her stint as councillor.
Kenny thanked the township for the opportunity.
Kenny, who was also the RVCA representative, was acclaimed following the 2022 municipal election, and her resigination was accepted March 5th.
The township will accept applications from the public to fill the vacant seat.
