Lanark County OPP are investigating an attempted break-in in Carleton Place.
They got a call just before 11:00 p.m. on March 9, saying someone was trying to break into a business on Hooper Street.
When the police got there, the person had already run away. They tried to track them down with police dogs, but they couldn’t find them. The only description of the person is that they seemed to be wearing a garbage bag over their clothes.
