Forbes Symon, a consultant for Jp2g Consulting presented a report on Perth’s Official Plan to council on Tuesday afternoon.
He began by pointing out how Perth differed from many communities he has assisted with their official plans.
Symon pointed out the risks to affordable housing that short-term rentals bring and how to mitigate it.
Further meetings are planned on the road to an updated official plan.
